The M1ckle7 & Cyber Situation
Tanzanite Studios owns a majority of IPs that run day to day without Tanzanite having to be active itself. Eiffel TV and EclipseForge are no exceptions with this; they both run daily by their own Dept heads, even when Tanzanite isn't active.
Eiffel TV is Tanzanites' Television company, where we create top-quality TV shows on ROBLOX, and we upload them onto YouTube, for free. The most notable show we've produced is ROBLOX Doctor Who; other shows include the in-production ROBLOX drama, City Chronicles.
Eclipseforge is a company owned by Cyber; Tanzanite Studios is its parent company. EclipseForge focuses on creating ROBLOX games and TV shows with Eiffel TV, most notably the current in-production The Professor & the Box, a Gorilla Tag in Doctor Who Parody. The show is set to premiere in early 2027.
The pre-production story behind The Professor & the Box.
Cyber has been talking to Eiffel TV for a very long time about creating a show called The Professor & the Box, a show that parodies Doctor Who in the hit VR game, Gorilla Tag.
Cyber wanted to go in a different direction & not directly copy assets from BBC's Doctor Who, which meant changing core aspects of the original show to fit his version of the show.
The Doctor became The Professor
The TARDIS became The TAST
And most importantly, Doctor Who became The Professor & the Box.
The BBC Studios doesn't typically allow users to directly use a show name for their fanmade projects. I, Tanzanite, and many other creators have been lucky with being able to use the name "Doctor Who" for their projects, but that isn't without either paying for a license or being widely known.
This, as a result, did mean that Cyber couldn't use a name like "Doctor Who in Gorilla Tag", which was the original plan when it was in pre-production from 2023-2025. As of 2022, the BBC has stopped giving out lisences to use the name Doctor Who.
In May 2024, shortly after Eiffel TV obtained a license from the BBC to create a Doctor Who Parody in Gorilla Tag, BBC Studios stopped granting licenses for Doctor Who entirely.
This is a major factor as to why Cybers show is called The Professor & the Box, and not "Doctor Who in Gorilla Tag". If we were to use Doctor Who in Gorilla Tag, we would be going against the rights to be able to parody Doctor Who.
And this would be the same for anyone else, if anyone decided to create a show called "Doctor Who in Gorilla Tag", without a Doctor Who license from the BBC, which they entirely stopped giving out in 2024, it would be illegal, the BBC would have legal grounds to take it down, or even sue, depending on the severity of it. Whether it was created before or after May 2024 does not matter; the BBC would still have full grounds.
The M1ckle7 & Cyber Situation
In November—December 2025, as The Professor & The Box was going into production, Cyber was looking around for a theme for the show; he wanted one that was unique & cool. Eiffel TV had specifically stated that he finds one that he knows he can use WITH permission and credit, which is what he did.
A YouTuber that Cyber has had his eye on for a long while was M1ckle7, who is a music artist and a show runner.
There was a specific Doctor Who theme that M1ckle7 had made that caught Cybers' eyes, or ears. And Cyber decided to ask M1ckle7 if he could use the theme for a Doctor Who-related project.
M1ckle7, in his own words, responded with:
"You'll have to give credit first thing in the description, and if it's for a series, outro as well."
Cyber agreed. Now, giving credit when due is a very important thing at Eiffel TV. We would never condone stealing assets that other people have spent ages working on. We always give credit when due. And sometimes, mistakes can happen.
The theme was first used in the official announcement trailer for The Professor & the Box, where Cyber had messed up some lines, said a few things wrong, and uploaded it without fixing those mistakes. We weren't monitoring these at the time, as most of Eiffel Studios and Eiffel TV were off for the winter break.
Cyber uploaded the trailer to YouTube on MAYBE the 20th of December 2025; we didn't know about this upload, as said, so we couldn't monitor ANY of the mistakes Cyber made.
Cyber unknowingly forgot to give M1ckle7 credit in the description, and as stated by Cyber and us, that was a mistake. I do believe there was a little snippet in the trailer's outro where you could see Cyber had credited M1ckle7, but something must have happened to it, cos only a snippet of it exists on the Original master file of the trailer. I believe that was actually a known bug in the Davinci Resolve Studio version we used to edit the trailer.
This understandably upset M1ckle7, and he left a comment asking Cyber why permission was not given. Cyber stated it was a mistake and ultimately gave M1ckle7 the credit in the description. Unfortunately, that didn't satisfy M1ckle7 as we thought it would, we wanted to avoid that kind of drama, not only so Eiffel TV could avoid legal drama, but also for Cybers own wellbeing, we didn't want this to ultimately ruin Cybers reputation, especially when he's only a young person trying to grow big in the world, just like all of us.
M1ckle7 started to slander Cyber and the show. Cyber only knew M7 for his theme remixes and other channel projects ONLY from when he began to watch M1ckle7, so Cyber had no idea about this, but M1ckle7 had also created his own series, which was coincidentally called "Doctor Who in Gorilla Tag", or sometimes called "Doctor Who, but in Gorilla Tag". Both names apply.
We had no idea of this, and neither did Cyber. M1ckle7 was accusing us of stealing his own show ideas, the name, etc.
And to be very VERY clear, NONE of this is true. We had no idea that M1ckle7 was creating his own show that was a Doctor Who Parody in Gorilla Tag, too. But it would also not be illegal to also do the same thing as them. Anyone on the internet would be allowed to create a Doctor Who Parody in Gorilla Tag; it would be up to the BBC on whether or not it stays on the internet, but anyone can do it.
This sparked a whole debate. Cyber apologised and kept his ground, saying he never stole it, or never intended to, and he never even knew it existed.
And a few days later, it sparked an even bigger debate. M1ckle7 released his first teaser(?) for his Doctor Who in Gorilla Tag, which triggered an awful lot.
The previous Chief Operating Officer at Tanzanite, Rosemite, took control of Cybers' account, and commented a (Non-valid) legal notice on M1ckle's 1st teaser announcement for Doctor Who in Gorilla Tag. This sparked a huge debate. Rosemite was arguing with M1ckle7 and his fanbase, while that fanbase was going over to Cybers' The Professor & the Box teasers and sparking up arguments on there instead.
I was completely unaware at the time, due to it being winter break, and I just wanted to rest.. but when I was made aware, I tried to get involved. I tried replying to M1ckle7 through The Professor & the Box's Announcement trailer, with no avail; my comments kept getting rejected by YouTubes Comment filters, it was clearly flagging when I was asking M1ckle7 to get in contact with me through Discord.
I personally just wanted to get it sorted out, because it was a big argument, everyone was in the wrong in some sort of way, and clearly, if I didn't intervene, it wouldn't have ended very well for any of us, because the BBC would've gotten involved, and that would mean... not very good things.
In the end, I managed to get into contact with M1ckle7. I said I wasn't here to argue; no one was right or wrong, it was a simple civil argument.
I told M1ckle7 that each person involved was receiving a punishment.
Rosemite was let go literally right after talking to M1ckle7, for causing MAJOR disturbance within the studio + other incidents they've caused in the past.
I also told M1ckle7 that Cyber was let go. Which was true at the time, but we realised the matter wasn't his fault, so we brought him back, on VERY strict terms, that he has to be careful of people like this on the internet.
I thought that was the end of it. It had settled down, we were both separately working on our own things, and it had ended.
As The Professor & the Box went into full production, it began to reach out to more audiences. Cyber started up a The Professor & the Box Discord Community Server. It was only up for a few days before drama started again.
M1ckle7 and a "partner" of his, I have no idea what M7's relation to this person was, so I'll just refer to them as M7's partner. Anyway, M1ckle7 and a partner of his went on The Professor & The Box's call channel and started talking about things, I have no clue what about.
M1ckle7 wanted Cyber to join the call, or talk on the general chat, and speak up about everything, all the stuff he was told, etc. And answer why he's "copying" their Doctor Who In Gorilla Tag.
I was then made aware of the situation as it started to get worse, so I asked someone on my team to just monitor the call that M1ckle7 and his partner were on, just incase Cyber joined the call, or started talking on the chat, so that if things were to get heated again, the person on my team could intervene, and stop it from getting worse. They joined the call through the official Eiffel Studios Discord account and were briefly monitoring it.
The call supposedly lasted around half an hour before it ended, and switched to the general chat. That is when it turned into a clear targeted harassment situation by M1ckle7s team. There was an awful lot of slander going on, inappropriate stuff was being said, and it simply turned into a very dangerous targeted harassment situation. Also, Pugbread is a pedo
This was when I had had enough and joined in on fighting it, because it became simply unacceptable and dangerous. I had given my clear views on things, said simple things, and left it.
After that, is when it began to die down at last. All of M1ckle7's team left. And since then, not much has really happened.
The only things I have noticed, along with Cyber, are when Cyber uploaded the first OFFICIAL Trailer 1 for The Professor & the Box, and about.. not even a day later, coincidentally, M1ckle7 uploaded some kind of teaser for his Doctor Who in Gorilla Tag series. Which is most likely a way to put the spotlight on M1ckle7 instead of Cyber, because clearly M1ckle7 has a larger audience.
My (Tanzanites) view on it all
Clearly, it's just basic internet drama. One side of the party is very clearly more in the wrong, though.
M1ckle7's side has very clearly gone way too far, with the slander and the targeted harassment, While Cyber simply made a mistake which was almost instantly fixed.
And nor can you say you actually own "Doctor Who in Gorilla Tag". The concept itself was not created by M1ckle7, it was created by Sidney Newman & numerous of other writers at the BBC in the 60s, yeah, maybe you've come up with scripts for a show, that would partly be your own assets, but you don't OWN the show itself; you can't take down someone else because someone has used the name "Doctor Who in Gorilla Tag". You don't own the names; the BBC & Another Axiom own those names, NOT YOU.
The only way you'd be able to legally use NOT ONLY the name "Doctor Who in Gorilla Tag", but also the many assets that Doctor Who uses, and Gorilla Tag, is if you obtained an expensive license from them both, which would be upwards of +$5000 a MONTH, especially with the BBC. Which they HAVEN'T DONE SINCE 2022-24
Andd my conclusion is..
It is a petty argument. It's done and over with, lets truce, and somehow work together.
