You can be any age to use/play any of Eiffel Studios' services or games. But you must abide by ROBLOX's age requirements, and what your parents/guardians say you are allowed to play.

3. Account Registration

To access our Roblox games, you must have a ROBLOX account, and we are not affiliated with Roblox at all.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these terms, including but not limited to:

Using our services for any unlawful purpose.
Impersonating any person or entity.
Interfering with the operation of our services.
Uploading or transmitting viruses or other malicious code.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Eiffel Studios or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Also, we do own the rights to the company name "Eiffel" and "Eiffel Studios," If we do find out someone is using Eiffel or Eiffel Studios, we will kindly ask for you to change it to something different, people can still legally have Eiffel in their company name, examples include:

EiffelOne

Eiffel Universe

Etc.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or for conduct that we believe is harmful to our community or our business.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Ownership of games/items

Not at any point do we own anything you have bought from our games/services, such as games, passes, in-game items, etc. We do not have the right to take that away from you, if at any point we take anything you've bought from us away from you, you may be eligible for in-game prizes. Please contact us with proof if this has happened to you.
